Each verified order can hold up to two active broker IDs. Use Move License to replace an old account without adding another seat. Do not enter your broker password or investor password.

Before You Start

Have these items ready before opening MetaTrader.

EA fileYour compiled EA from Synapse Dynamics.

Order detailsThe same email and order number used at checkout.

Broker IDThe MetaTrader account number you want licensed.

License limitEach order supports a maximum of two active broker IDs.

WebRequest URLPaste the licensing URL into MetaTrader exactly.

Install The EA

After activation, install and launch the compiled EA in MetaTrader.

Copy the EA

Place the compiled Expert Advisor file into the MetaTrader Experts folder.

Add the licensing URL

In MetaTrader, open the Expert Advisors settings and allow WebRequest for the Synapse licensing server.

Tools > Options > Expert Advisors > Allow WebRequest for listed URL > https://synapselicensing.com

Restart MetaTrader

Close and reopen MetaTrader so the EA file and WebRequest permission load cleanly.

Attach and verify

Drag the EA from Navigator onto the chart, enable Algo Trading, and check the Experts tab for licensed status.
